How we work
From the site visit and measurements to the keys, with every stage visible in the app.
- 01
Site visit and measurements
The engineer draws your home on a phone on site, wall by wall at the real length. Quantities come from that drawing, not from an eye estimate.
The drawing and dimensions appear in your app
- 02
Bill of quantities
The technical office prepares an itemised bill of quantities: quantity, material, brand and price. There are two lists: an estimate for the items about to start, and a main list that updates with the actual price of everything bought and done.
You can open both lists and compare at any time
- 03
Contract and payments
Payments are tied to work stages. Each payment has an invoice, and every invoice is in your app with what was paid and what is left.
Invoices, payments and the balance
- 04
Work, day by day
Every morning the engineer has a day plan, and every evening the engineer marks what is done and uploads photos. Any decision that needs you, such as a material change, reaches you to review and approve with one tap.
A daily photo report and a chat with the team
- 05
Checks before closing any stage
No stage is closed without proof: a pipe pressure test before plaster, a water test of the bathroom waterproofing before tiling, and photos of the electrical routes before they are covered.
Every test result recorded with photos
- 06
Handover
You get the keys with a file listing every material by brand, plus the final electrical and plumbing routes, so any later maintenance is simple.
The handover file stays in the app
