Turnkey apartment finishing
We take the apartment as it is, measure it on site and produce a bill of quantities with items, quantities and materials. Once you approve, we follow a day-by-day plan and you see everything in the app until handover.
What is included
- Electrical and plumbing first fix to an agreed drawing
- Plaster, waterproofing, floors and walls
- Gypsum ceilings and lighting where the design calls for them
- Paint, fittings and sanitary ware
- A site engineer in charge, and a technical office checking quantities and prices
- A daily photo report in the client app
Common questions
How long does finishing take?
The duration is set after the site visit, based on the area, the current state and the finishing level, and it is written into the plan you see in the app.
Are prices fixed?
The bill of quantities is priced on the day it is issued. If a material’s price changes before it is bought, you are told in the app before anything is purchased.
