Villa and duplex finishing
Villas and duplexes carry more work than an apartment: stairs, several floors, and sometimes façades and a garden. We split the bill of quantities by floor and zone, so you know what each floor costs and when it will be done.
What is included
- Every apartment finishing item, split by floor
- Stairs and balustrades
- Façades and roofs where agreed
- A floor-by-floor plan in the app
