Renovation and refinishing
In older apartments the problems are usually hidden: old pipes, undersized wiring and damp walls. We open up first, record what we find in the app with photos, and price after that.
What is included
- Strip-out and debris removal
- New electrical and plumbing first fix
- Damp treatment and waterproofing
- Full finishing afterwards, the same way as new apartments
